100 Different Ways to Complete your Hope100 Challenge

We are very excited to launch our brand new campaign; The Hope100 Challenge.

100 children are bereaved of a parent every day in the UK, and we are asking for people to take part in The Hope100 challenge this June to raise funds to support the vital therapeutic work we carry out with bereaved children and their families.

To get you started, we have come up with 100 different ways in which you could complete the challenge throughout the month of June.

Get active

1. Swim 100km
2. Sprint 100 metres 100 times
3. Run 100km
4. Hula-hoop non-stop for 100 minutes
5. Hike 100 miles
6. Score 100 goals
7. Between you and your friends, go on 100 dog walks
8. 100 push ups per day
9. 100 burpees per day
10. 100 squats per day
11. 100 lunges per day
12. 100 star jumps per day
13. 100 dance moves – remember to film & upload to social media!
14. Complete 100 new moves in Pilates
15. Score 100 rounders
16. Walk instead of driving 100 times
