Could you design our 2022 Christmas cards?
We need help from children and young people to design our Christmas cards for 2022! Draw, paint or design online a Christmas picture for our 2022 Christmas cards. The drawing can be anything related to Christmas but must fit on our template below and must be your own design. The lucky winners will see their drawing transformed into a Winston’s Wish Christmas card that we will sell next year to raise money to help us continue to support grieving children and young people.
Entrants must be 18 years old or under and the closing date is 5pm on Monday 31st January 2022. Please ensure you have read all the terms and conditions below before sending us your entry. Send us your pictures via our online form below, by email to communications@winstonswish.org or by post to Winston’s Wish, 17 Royal Crescent, Cheltenham, GL50 3DA. Please include:
- Child/young person’s name and age
- Parent/guardian’s name, phone number and email address

Terms and Conditions
- The competition to have your Christmas drawing designed and featured on Winston’s Wish Christmas cards (“the competition”) is open to children aged 18 years old and under who are UK residents. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age of entrants to the competition.
- These Christmas cards will be sold via our website to raise money for Winston’s Wish.
- The child’s first name and age will be included on the Christmas card, if you do not wish your child’s real name to be used, please let us know and we can use a different name.
- To enter the competition you must notify us of the child’s name and age and also include the name, contact telephone number and email address of the parent or guardian. We reserve the right to ask for parent or guardian’s consent.
- Pictures should be submitted via our online form, emailed in at communications@winstonswish.org or you can send them by post to Winston’s Wish, 17 Royal Crescent, Cheltenham, GL50 3DA.
- Please check that your parent or guardian is happy for you enter the competition based on these terms and conditions.

- Submitting an entry to the competition is confirmation of acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The closing date and time of the competition is 17:00 on Monday 31st January 2022. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.
- Entrants will be split into age categories with a winner for each age category. There will be several winners whose Christmas drawings will be transformed digitally and featured on Winston’s Wish Christmas cards in 2022.
- The winners will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If a winner and his or her parent/guardian cannot be reached or fail to acknowledge such notification within seven days, Winston’s Wish will select a new winner of the prize (and the same acceptance period will apply). If a winner rejects his or her prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Winston’s Wish shall be entitled to select another winner.
- A copy of the card/s will be sent to the winners.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity including the use of his or her photograph in connection with publicity about the prize.
- Winston’s Wish requires the consent in writing (which may include email) of the parent or guardian of the winner if he or she is under 16 years of age in order to publish the winner’s name and age on our website and across our social media channels. If Winston’s Wish does not receive such written consent from the parent or guardian of the winner then we may award the prize to another entry.
- We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of entry is not proof of receipt.
- Any personal data submitted by the entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
