Training on how to support bereaved students

We are offering free one-hour childhood bereavement training webinars to teachers and school staff in London. Schools play a key role in supporting a child or young person following a bereavement, yet education professionals often don’t receive training or guidance on how to support them. These webinars will help you understand how to support a grieving student.

Our free webinars are open to anyone who works in a nursery, pre-school, primary school, secondary school, college or other educational establishment in London. They will be run via Zoom on various dates and times from November 2021 until March 2022.

These webinars have now finished. Please see below for the other training we provide. If you would like to discuss how to support a specific pupil, please contact our Freephone Helpline on 08088 020 021 or ask@winstonswish.org
